Annmarie Fairweather has been the Chief Human Resources Officer for Learning Ally since 2008. She oversees all our practices for People, People Management, Talent Management, and Culture Development. Annmarie Fairweather is an experienced Human Resources Leader with over thirty years of experience. She has worked with leaders in diverse industries in order to enhance the business results, especially in times of rapid growth. Annmarie was a consultant to help translate the corporate and people strategies into strategies, goals as well as enterprise-wide goals with regard to performance management and organizational including employee participation as well as change. Awed by leadership, she sees the development of teams and their learning an essential element to gain the competitive edge. Her extensive experience in smaller and mid-sized companies as well as Fortune 500 organizations in developing and coaching leaders, with proven success and results has created organizational cultures that embodied changes and learning that positively affect teams and organizations. Annmarie has been motivated to give her talents and resources to further assist Learning Ally's cause. When she has time off she provides assistance for a variety of non-profit organizations. As a part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee Annmarie has committed her time and talents in support of Learning Ally's work.
