Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an athlete sponsored by the company. At the age of 16, she started participating in fitness contests following the end of gymnastics. Within a year, she was awarded her Professional Card when she was 17. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. She first began to participate in fitness competitions after quitting her childhood career in gymnastics. In the span of a year, she obtained her professional license when she was 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is now one of the oldest IFBB Pro. When she was awarded her Pro Card Ariel took six years off the show to pursue her education at college. Her return to competition in 2015 continued previous performances, in which she competed at elite events such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her win in her first contest in 2009, she continued competing for a number of years setting up new goals. At the end 2009 she was the winner of four additional fitness titles. Additionally, her 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion made her one of the IFBB's Fitness Pros with the smallest age ever. Ariel completed the first six years of contest to earn her college degree. The IFBB Fitness Pro debut was in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. The show saw her finish at third. In the summer of 2016, she won the first prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. It qualified her to compete in the Fitness Olympia. In the span of three months, Ariel took to the Olympia stage and took 6th place in Fitness Division. Ariel admitted that she did not have any expectation prior to that and was satisfied with the results. Ariel was competing against the best. Ariel is always awe-inspiring, bringing the best version of her physique each year. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. Her typical back workout consists of bent-over rows, single arm lat pull-downs on a machine pull-ups, and seated rows. Warming up is usually done prior to the actual training. Ariel makes the best use of her time. The supersetting of all exercises back into a set of three or four 10-12 rep supersets is the way she does.
